The girls started daycare January 19th.
I started school January 23rd.
Jeff is getting busier with his dental program in nursing homes.
We have filled up all our vacation time this year already (hopefully we can do it all)!
I am applying to be substitute teacher.
Claire and Cadence have been sick a couple times already thanks to daycare.
Potty-training for Claire is great and almost done for daytime PT.
Cadence is pulling herself up. We may have a walker soon!
Whew! What else is coming?

We've been busy being sick...
It seemed so appropriate that RIGHT before we put the girls in daycare, they have the worst illness overcome them and me. And I NEVER get sick, so it was bad. So, what do you do when you are sick? You have a slumber party! We took all the pillows and blankets in our house and built ourselves a comfy bed in the middle of the living room. We watched Toy Story and Happy Feet, and caught up on our sleep.
By the time their first day of daycare came, they were much better. It was a fun time, even though we were sick.

26 years later...
Who knew what I would be doing right now, at the ripe age of 26?! I thought I would be in Med School. Little did I know God had other plans for me. I am so blessed to be where I am today. With 2 healthy kiddos and one magnificent husband, I can't complain at all.
We celebrated my birthday with some delicious sushi with our friends. Little did I know that the place we ate at (which has only been open for 2 weeks!) would be so packed. It was still so good!!! Then, Susan made me a Pecan and White Chocolate Pie for my birthday, and Christie bought the chocolate motherlode cake from Claim Jumper for me, and we ate and indulged in Champagne to celebrate another year of me getting older and another year over. It was a great New Year's Eve/ birthday!
