UoP in Scottsdale

Spring Training is one the best reasons to live in Arizona! The Giants were playing the A's and University of Pacific reserved patio seating for the game. When we heard of baseball and alumni in the same meeting, we had to go! We drove up after Jeff got off from work, Grandma watched the girls, and Jeff and I went to the reception. Jeff and I had enough time to enjoy the fajitas, and then we walked through old downtown Scottsdale to the stadium. At first we thought we were on the grass with the other ten thousand Giants enthusiasts, but thanks to Dr. Yarborough's wife, we found we had an entire patio reserved behind home plate. It was so much fun watching the Giants beat the A's and we got to know many of the alumni. It was also great to talk to Craig and his wife, since ultimately he was our connection to getting into the dental school. Next year, we will get all you dental peeps out here!

We loved how gorgeous Old Town Scottsdale was:
