Summer Road Trip 2014

We drove 14 hours to get to Reno over the summer. Jeff had not been back to Reno since we moved to Tucson, so it was overdue.

We stopped in Vegas to check out Chris's new practice and the new nephew, David. We also spent time with my sister while we were there.

Then we drove the second half to Reno. We went to Romeo and Juliet at the annual Shakespeare Tahoe event. And, we made it up to Tahoe a couple more times while there. The lake is cold but it is a beauty. I miss not having water so close.

We also spent a lot of time with family and friends. My friend Aubrey and I threw our friend Christie a baby shower for her second baby which was due in October. And, Jeff got to meet Jake, his sister's boyfriend. The consensus is he's a keeper!

The girls were great on the drive. Ceci even did well. It was a fun trip, and we were so happy to see mostly everyone while there.
