Vegas Baby!

While we were visiting for my new nephew's arrival, we managed to do some fun things in Vegas.

We hung out with my little bro, Uncle A. He is a mean cook and made some yummy scrambled breakfast for us. I also learned to make mole (pronounced: mo-lay [a mexican sauce dish]), which, if you have the pleasure of eating it with me, will understand why it is my favorite meal from my childhood. I will need to make it several times to perfect it before I make it for anyone though.

He sure does love his nieces and it is so sweet watching him play with Claire.

My Aunt Lea also happened to be visiting at the same time, so we introduced her to Cadence and caught up on the past 6 months. She was staying at the Rio, so we beat the heat at the sandy pool. So fun!
Kisses.

We also went to Siegfried and Roy's Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat at the Mirage. Claire loved the whole thing! We had free tickets to it, so it was worth the adventure, but not so sure about normally paying $17 a person. I would, however, love to do the Trainer for a Day Program!

Feeding time, we walked in just in time

We did a lot in those 2.5 days, and had a blast!
